Job summary

Leonard Florence Center for Living in Chelsea, MA is seeking a Nurse Supervisor - RN to lead the care team during the 3:00PM–11:00PM shift. The role involves supervising daily operations, coordinating care plans, and ensuring exceptional resident outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds MA RN licensure, strong clinical skills, and CPR/BLS. English fluency and knowledge of EHRs are required. A comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus are offered.

$95,000 - $115,000/annually, based on experience
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Full-Time, 3:00PM – 11:00PM, rotating weekends and holidays

Qualifications for Success:

• Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
