Job summary

Leonard Florence Center for Living in Chelsea, MA, seeks an experienced Nurse Supervisor - RN for a 3:00PM–11:00PM shift with rotating weekends and holidays. Earn $95,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

This full-time role leads the care team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. Ideal candidates hold MA RN licensure, strong clinical nursing skills, and CPR/BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN licensure required.
• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures and med administration.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control, and patient safety.
• Current CPR/BLS certifications.
• Fluent English communication.

Qualifications for Success:

• Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
