Job summary

Leonard Florence Center for Living in Chelsea, MA seeks a Nurse Supervisor - RN to lead the care team and oversee resident care plans, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and smooth daily operations. This full-time role runs 3:00PM–11:00PM with rotating weekends and holidays, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive benefits package.

Must hold MA RN license and strong clinical skills, including EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, MA RN licensure required.
• Strong clinical skills in nursing procedures, med administration, vitals, and EHR documentation.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control, and patient safety in skilled nursing.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS.
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.

$95,000 - $115,000/annually, based on experience
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications for Success:

• Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
