The role requires an RN license in Arizona, an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), and 2 years of related experience with at least 1 year in supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current valid RN license to practice in Arizona with no restrictions is required.
• Two years of full-time related experience.
• One year of supervisory experience; one year direct supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in child/adolescent psychiatric facility is preferred.
• Experience interacting with children in a supportive, professional manner and maintaining confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Overseeing day-to-day nursing operations, staffing coordination, nursing practice oversight, regulatory readiness, medication management processes, and clinical support services for the inpatient residential treatment program.
• Providing direct supervision, coaching, mentorship, and operational support to nursing staff and collaborating with interdisciplinary leadership to ensure safe, trauma-informed, and compliant behavioral health treatment services.
• Supporting nursing quality improvement activities, infection prevention, staff development, adherence to policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with the Statewide Nurse Manager to support nursing operations, quality initiatives, accreditation readiness, workforce development, and implementation of statewide nursing standards.
• Participating in nursing operational coverage and providing clinical and administrative support to ensure continuity of care and safe staffing.
