Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS) seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the inpatient nursing team in Malvern, PA, guiding daily operations and ensuring high-quality care for children in crisis. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and liaise with psychiatric, medical and treatment teams to maintain safety and service excellence.

The role requires a BSN and PA RN license, with three years of nursing experience and at least one year in supervision; Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and PA RN license required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience in a health care facility, with one year of supervisory experience.
