Responsibilities

• Ensures availability of supplies and equipment, addressing issues to minimize disruptions.
• Supports staff development and orientation with clinical educators.
• Assists physicians in procedures and post‑procedure data documentation.
• Supervises and trains departmental staff; schedules employees for optimal resource use.
• Contributes to performance evaluations and budget management.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and participates in audits as applicable.
