Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with active license and at least 1 year of RN experience.

• TN license or Compact license within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and support a cohort of night shift nurses.
• Partner with unit leadership to drive performance in quality and throughput.
• Provide real-time coaching to staff and foster a high performance culture.
• Define standards for quality patient care and manage multiple projects.
• Ensure staffing aligns with patient care needs and competencies.
