Job summary

The supervisor will mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, oversee care plans, and ensure proper hand-offs, documentation, and performance development. Virginia licensure and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensure as RN or LPN in Virginia.
• Minimum nursing experience in long-term care.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
