Job summary

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking an RN Night Supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative functions on overnight shifts in a long-term care setting. The role ensures quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and efficient coordination among nurses, CNAs, and staff.

The supervisor provides leadership, mentorship, and resource support, while maintaining accurate documentation in EHRs and adherence to HIPAA/OSHA standards. Virginia RN license required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Virginia
• BSN preferred
• 2–3 years in long-term care or geriatric settings
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations, infection control, and care planning
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care delivery and ensure quality, safety, and resident dignity.
• Coordinate and supervise implementation of resident care plans.
• Supervise nursing staff during shifts and provide clinical guidance.
• Ensure proper shift hand-offs, documentation, and communication.
