Job summary

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative nursing functions in our long‑term care facility. Evening shifts are available with a sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time hires.

You will lead RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver high‑quality resident care while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation in the EHR. The role requires Virginia licensure as RN or LPN, an Associate or Bachelor’s in Nursing, and 2–3 years in geriatric care

Qualifications

Current RN/LPN license in Virginia.
Associates or BSN preferred.
2–3 years in long-term care or geriatric setting.
Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Oversee nursing care quality, safety, and resident dignity.
Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during shifts; provide guidance.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; maintain EHR documentation.
Monitor medication administration and assist with complex treatments as needed.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families.
