Job summary

• Active RN license in the state of California.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in long-term care preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your shift.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards for the facility.
• Develop and maintain nursing service policies and procedures.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordination with other staff.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing and other leadership to ensure high-quality resident care.
