Job summary

PACS Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the daily nursing activities at our Texas facility. The role requires ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local standards through collaboration with the Director of Nursing and other leaders.

You will help update policies, oversee procedures, and participate in the facility’s quality assurance and surveys. The ideal candidate has RN licensure, 2+ years in long‑term care, strong clinical and administrative skills, and

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree and valid RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure quality care.
• Assist DON/ADON and participate in policy development and QA programs.
• Review discharge plans and coordinate with Care Plan Committee.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and document incidents.
• Handle administrative duties including reports, charting, and scheduling.
