Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, supervise and evaluate nursing staff under your supervision, ensuring care based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to associates under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures and coordinate with care teams.
• Participate in facility surveys and quality improvement activities.
• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge of residents as required.
