LUX Infusion is seeking a Nurse Supervisor in the United States to support nursing leadership, coordination of patient care, and performance improvement across branches. This role emphasizes accountability, compassion, and collaboration with a broad care team.

The Nurse Supervisor will assist the RDON, oversee field nursing staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and help ensure high-quality patient outcomes through effective staff development and coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state(s) of practice.
• 2+ years RN experience in related specialty (pharmaceuticals/oncology/infusion/critical care).
• Experience in home health care or home infusion environments.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary team including clinicians, pharmacists, case managers, physicians, caregivers and patients.
• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements and performance improvement.

Aufgaben

• Oversee assigned field nurses and possibly CACs/PCCs; ensure care is delivered per standards.
• Assist DON/RNM with hiring, training, and staff development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain branch operations and documentation.
• Participate in patient care meetings and act as clinical resource for branch staff.
• Support efficient patient care systems to achieve quality outcomes.
