Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN licensure in practice states.
• Two (2)+ years RN experience in related specialty (infusion, oncology, pharma).
• Experience as RN in home health care/home infusion.
• Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team of professionals.
• Knowledgeable of regulatory, compliance, and performance improvement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned field nurses and possibly CACs/PCCs.
• Assist DON/RNM with hiring, training, and staff development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements are met.
• Participate in patient care meetings and clinical problem solving.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to branch staff and improve patient outcomes.
