Job summary

Aston Group is seeking an RN Supervisor to manage day-to-day patient care in a long‑term care setting. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and requires strong nurse leadership to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing policies, conducting training, and coordinating patient care plans. Candidates should have a valid RN license, excellent communication, and ≥5 years in a hospital or nursing home setting; CPR/BLS certification

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in-state.
• Excellent communication skills and patient-focused care.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day patient care and supervise nursing staff.
• Coordinate and develop nurse staff; report to the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Maintain infection control policies and patient safety standards.
• Recruit, orient, and train nurses and auxiliary staff.
• Schedule and assign nursing tasks; monitor results and quality of care.
• Provide compassionate patient and family support and education.
