Job summary

Mount Carmel Care Center in Lenox, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor for 3pm–11pm with on-call once every five weeks.

The role oversees nursing staff, conducts resident assessments, coordinates staffing, and ensures safe, compassionate care. Licensing requirements and BLS are required; salary ranges from $39–$51 per hour depending on license and experience.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN or LPN license.
• 1 year of nursing supervision/management in Long-Term Care.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of residents.
• Manage staff on each unit, provide resources and coordinate staffing.
• Provide hands on nursing care as necessary.
• Investigate, document, review and report incidents correctly.
• Provide on-call support when needed.
• Oversee new admissions when Nursing Managers are unavailable.
• Communicate with providers, resident families and administration.

Mount Carmel Care Center is looking for a motivated and caring Nurse Supervisor - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.

3pm to 11pm + once/every 5 weeks on-call.

$39 to $51 per hour based on license and experience.

Only Faith-Based Skilled Nursing Facility in the region.

Nurse Qualifications:

• Current MA RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License
• 1 years’ experience in nursing supervision or nursing management in a Long-Term Care.
• BLS Certification required

Job Summary:

• Ensure incidents are investigated, documented, reviewed and reported correctly.

• Ensure communication with providers, resident families and administration.
