Job summary

CareOne at Essex Park in Beverly, MA is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing operations on the 3-11 shift for a full-time position and to supervise weekend coverage.

The RN or LPN/LVN must be actively licensed, with 1+ year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN preferred) or LPN/LVN pursuing RN licensure.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care setting.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
• Active RN or LPN/LVN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations and facility policies.
• Represent Administration in absence of the Director of Nursing/Assistant Director of Nursing/Administrator.
• Delegate authority and accountability for duties as assigned.

We are looking to add a Ful-Time 3-11 Supervisor & a Part-Time Weekend Supervisor

$ 45.00 - $ 48.00

Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials and any other relevant information

The RN Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of nursing activities of the facility during her/his tour of duty.
• Assure that State and Federal Regulations as well as Facility Policy and Procedures are adhered to and the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
• Serve as Administration's representation in the facility in the absence of the Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing and the Administrator.
• Delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out his/her assigned duties.

Position Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or and accredited RN program is preferred. or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program and actively pursuing an RN Licensure.
• 1+ year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
• Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN
