Job summary

The Bostonian in Dorchester, a 121-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Full-Time Night Working Nursing Supervisor for 11 PM–7 AM. We value strong clinical skills, teamwork, and leadership to guide night staff.

Responsibilities include supervising nurses and CNAs, welcoming admissions, coordinating referrals, and ensuring high-quality care. Requirements: MA RN or LPN license, CPR, nursing degree, 2 years clinical experience (long-term care preferred), supervisory experience, and computer

Qualifications

• Must hold valid, unencumbered MA RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred; hospital or skilled facility experience.
• Supervision and teaching skills; computer skills.
• Experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.

Working Nursing Supervisor Shift: 11PM-7AM

Requirements for Nursing Supervisor:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN Massachusetts State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. -Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
