Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to interpret the plan of medical care, assess clinical decision-making, and assure nursing care is provided safely and competently for patients.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), an active RN license with BLS; shift is Night, onsite at 789 Central Avenue, 24 scheduled hours weekly, with collaboration across the care team to adjust care plans as needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and nursing degree requirements.
• Ability to provide safe, evidence-based patient care.
• Familiarity with patient confidentiality and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess and plan care.
• Modify treatment plans as indicated by patient response.
