The Bostonian Skilled Nursing Home & Rehabilitation in Dorchester, MA is seeking a full-time Night Nursing Supervisor for 11PM-7AM to lead the night shift, oversee admissions, and ensure high-quality resident care. Working Nursing Supervisor Shift: 11PM-7AM

The Bostonian is a 121-bed skilled nursing facility seeking aFull-Time Night Working Nursing Supervisor. We are located in Dorchester conveniently near public transportation!The right candidates will have strong clinical skills, be a team player and have the ability to lead.

Requirements for Nursing Supervisor:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN Massachusetts State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. -Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
