Job summary

Jobtome is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse supervisor for UNMH Inpatient Surgical (5-S) in Rio Rancho, NM. This full-time, rotating-shift role requires clinical leadership to assign nurses and technicians, manage staffing, and ensure adequate coverage for patient care.

You will supervise care, uphold hospital policies, and serve as a resource for staff while delivering safe, high-quality care across neonatal to geriatric patients.

• Essential: Program Graduate.
• Nonessential: Bachelor's Degree.
• Education specialization: Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing staff assignments in line with care plans.
