Qualifications

• CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure adequate coverage per census.
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with physicians and departments for care plans.
• Document care and ensure compliance with policies.
