Job summary

Jobtome is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room - Lomas in New Mexico. The role is a full-time, 1.0 FTE with a Days shift. You will provide clinical leadership, assign staffing, ensure quality patient care, and serve as a resource for the team across neonate to geriatric patients.

Sign-on and relocation support are available. Responsibilities include strategic initiatives, governance, delegation, and collaboration with the healthcare team to develop individualized care

Responsibilities

• Designate shift and schedule assignments; assign duties in the plan of care.

• Deliver direct patient care and participate in care planning.
• Act as a clinical resource and role model for department personnel.
