Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-8 years related experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience in an ASC/vascular access setting or related ICU/IR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical database software.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• CPR certification or training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility operations and patient procedures from admission to discharge.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate medical records documentation.
• Assist with CQI activities, audits, and policy implementation.
• Manage medications, inventory, and vendor invoices as directed.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance within the facility.
