Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to coordinate facility operations, supervise patient care staff, and ensure adherence to quality standards. You will work with facility leadership to manage staffing, training, and compliance across vascular access procedures and related workflows.

The role requires RN licensure, ACLS, BLS, and experience in surgical or vascular access settings, with strong leadership and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and nursing degree required.
• Experience in Office Based Surgical Centers or vascular access preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive quality standards through CQI and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure staffing levels and supervise direct care staff (RNs, Radiology Techs, Front Desk).
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge and document treatments.
• Assist with staff training, performance evaluations and CQI reporting.
