Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Nursing Supervisor to coordinate facility operations and patient care under the Facility Manager. You will support staff, manage documentation, and drive CQI while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires RN licensure, ACLS, and 6–8 years of related experience in an ambulatory/vascular access setting; strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; RN licensure required or active.
• ACLS certification and strong supervisory experience.
• Experience in ambulatory/vascular access setting desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge with staff and physicians.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead CQI initiatives and bidirectional communication with management.
• Oversee medication management and IV conscious sedation as directed.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and staff training.
