Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced nursing leader to coordinate facility operations and patient procedures, ensuring high-quality care daily. You will supervise staff, manage medications and records, and drive CQI initiatives in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

The role requires 6–8 years of related experience, RN licensure with ACLS, and strong Microsoft Office and medical database skills. Travel among facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Advanced Degree desirable.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current state licensure as RN and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 6–8 years related experience; 3+ years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience in Ambulatory Surgical Center, Vascular Access Lab, or related settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with medical database software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility operations and patient procedures to ensure quality care.
• Provide nursing support to patients and staff; assist with staffing and training.
• Maintain medical records, CQI, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise staff and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee medications, laboratory processes, and inventory; ensure safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Travel between facilities as required; participate in regulatory surveys and CQI meetings.
