Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced nursing leader to coordinate facility operations and patient procedures, ensuring delivery of high-quality care across the vascular access facility. You will work with physicians, staff, and the Facility Manager to manage staffing, training, equipment, and compliance.

The role requires RN licensure with ACLS, supervisory experience, and strong communication. Travel between facilities is expected as needed; benefits and a competitive salary are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.).
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• ACLS certification required; ASC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive quality standards through CQI and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise facility staff and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Ensure accurate medical records and documentation for all treatments.
