Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Advanced Degree desirable.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.).
• Current state licensure and ACLS certification.
• 6-8 years' related experience with supervisory or project/program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive quality standards through regulatory requirements and CQI.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge with staff and physicians.
• Administer medications and IV conscious sedation as directed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient treatments from admission to discharge.
• Participate in CQI meetings and regulatory surveys.
• Supervise facility staff and maintain safe environment and records.
