Encompass Health Corporation seeks a Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical teams, ensure adherence to care protocols, and guide patient rehabilitation journeys with compassionate, high-quality care.

The role emphasizes supervision, collaboration with administration, and delivering tailored care while leveraging cutting-edge technology and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BSN preferred; ACLS certification within one year.
• CRRN certification within one year of eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience (last five years).
• Previous leadership role such as charge nurse with accountability.

Responsabilités

• Assist in development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services provided during shifts or on a unit.
• Monitor and manage staff, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling.

• Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
