Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead patient rehabilitation teams and ensure high-quality care. You will develop and implement personalized patient care programs, serve as liaison between administration and nursing staff, and supervise daily nursing operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the required state.
• BSN degree preferred.
• ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within 12 months.
• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts.
• Monitor and manage staff including feedback, evaluations, and coaching.
• Provide patient care as needed and build rapport with patients for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and contribute to a positive care environment.

• Bachelor'sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfieldpreferred.
• Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfiveyears).
• Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
