FutureCare Health in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Nurse Staff Coordinator to organize schedules for our nursing teams under the direction of the Director of Nursing. The role focuses on efficient operations and timely provision of resources to support patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience scheduling Nurse Staff required, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong ability to multitask in high-stressed environment.
• Must possess excellent organization skills and accuracy with details.
• Effective communication skills and computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to react quickly in emergency staffing situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Nurse Management and nursing staff regarding schedules
• Assist the Director of Nursing with creating and organizing and maintaining schedules for all nursing staff
• Communicate scheduling changes to nursing staff
• Review time off requests and adjust/coordinating schedules as needed
• Maintain detailed staffing records & documentation
