Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly nursing schedules aligned with census and acuity.
• Coordinate with nursing units to identify staffing needs and address concerns.
• Respond to call-ins, absences, and census fluctuations to ensure adequate coverage.
• Track time off requests and maintain policy-compliant schedules.
• Collaborate with agency or per diem resources as needed.
• Maintain staffing data using scheduling software and generate reports.
• Provide regular status updates to Nursing leadership on staffing metrics.
