Formación

• Prior experience in healthcare
• Prior experience in staffind in skilled nursing experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsabilidades

• Assist with staffing scheduling, including creation of schedules, tracking employee availability, and ensuring adequate staffing levels
• Coordinate labor reporting and budgeting to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and department heads to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of staffing schedules, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective resource allocation and maximize efficiency
• Perform other related duties as assigned
