Qualifications

• Five (5) years of nursing experience required.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience required.
• Must have a Tennessee nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain policies and procedures, quality/safety processes, and nursing care standards.
• Identify staff needs and foster patient-centered care with Managers and Educators.
• Coordinate and motivate personnel under supervision and provide leadership in problem solving.
• Assist in planning and implementing educational programs for all levels.
• Participate in budget development and staffing planning for the department.
• Act as a consultant to nursing staff and provide in-service education on request.
