Job summary

TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead the unit, coordinate care, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes on assigned shifts. You will assess patients, document findings, and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Requirements include RN licensure in Tennessee (or compact state), graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS from the American Heart Association. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team in Springfield, TN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
• BLS from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, record, report, and follow through on symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Create and maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and modify the plan of care, as indicated by the patient's responses and conditions.
• Delegate nursing tasks as appropriate and safe but retain accountability for patient care.
• Provide individualized education for the patient, family, and/or caregiver throughout the continuum of care.
• Adhere to standards of safety and infection control, in the delivery of patient care.

Education

RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state
