Qualifications

• MSN preferred or BSN in nursing/healthcare related field.
• Five (5) years in a designated specialty area.
• Current Tennessee RN license; valid TN nursing license.
• Certification in area of specialty required or within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates clinical onboarding, education, and training of nursing new hires.
• Collaborates in the development and assignment of competency assessments.
• Conducts learning needs assessments within specialty and organization‑wide.
• Develops educational programs for nurses at all career stages.
• Teaches content to improve skills and retain knowledge.
• Promotes lifelong learning and evidence‑based nursing practice.

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
