Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school is required
- Master's degree preferred
- 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient) or clinical (outpatient) setting required
- 1 year in delivering training to clinical staff/students required
- RN - Georgia State Licensure required
- National certification in field of specialty preferred
Responsibilities
- Foster enculturation of the nurse resident through onboarding programs and promote the resident-preceptor-manager triad
- Direct, coordinate, and deliver the educational components of the nurse onboarding programs
- Partner with preceptors, unit-based educators, and unit leaders to identify development opportunities and foster open communication
- Foster relationships with resident TAM recruiters and local academic partners to strengthen academic-entity relationships
