Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Residency Coordinator to guide nurse residents through onboarding and to promote the resident-preceptor-manager triad. You will direct, coordinate, and deliver educational components of onboarding programs and partner with preceptors and unit leaders to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2 years of nursing experience in hospital or clinical setting required.
• 1 year delivering training to clinical staff or students required.
• RN Georgia licensure required; multistate licensure acceptable.
• National certification in field of specialty preferred.

Work Experience

2 years of nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient roles) or clinical (outpatient roles) setting Required

1 year in delivering training to clinical staff/students Required

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Required

National certification in field of specialty Preferred
