Job summary

Penn Highlands Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Recruiter for a temporary assignment to source, attract, interview, hire and onboard nursing candidates. No benefits are offered with this temporary position.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability and experience in healthcare recruitment, ideally with prior acute-care exposure. You will collaborate with the Talent Team to fill nursing roles efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources or Business field related
• Two years previous Marketing, Human Resources or Recruitment experience preferred
• Two years previous experience in a Healthcare capacity in an acute care setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and written required
• Ability to organize and prioritize duties required
