Job summary

Cherry Hill Manor, a skilled nursing facility in Johnston, RI, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. You will establish relationships with passive candidates, universities, and industry groups to support recruiting and talent initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, high energy, and the ability to work with an ATS, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement and full benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience recruiting in healthcare (skilled nursing/post-acute care facility or clinical sourcing) preferred.
• Experience sourcing candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter/Lite).
• Recruiter certification (PRC, CIR, CSSR, CDR, CSMR, etc.) preferred.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process using ATS, including posting requisitions and coordinating interviews.
• Develop passive candidate pipelines and relationships with universities and industry groups.
• Coach hiring managers on screening and selection techniques to improve candidate quality.
• Produce metrics and reports from ATS and in-house systems to measure ROI.
• Represent the company at job fairs and on-site hiring events.
