Job summary
Archbold Living Thomasville in Thomasville, GA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the QAPI team and help drive quality improvement across our care teams. The role focuses on coordinating nursing orientation and education, directing departmental Performance Improvement efforts, and fostering strong relationships with staff, administrators, and affiliated agencies.

Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Georgia.
- Three (3) years experience as a registered nurse.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of nursing orientation and education.
- Direct/coordinate departmental Performance Improvement Program.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with administrative and medical personnel, employees, the public and other agencies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of a holistic approach to quality nursing care.
- Possess leadership and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
