Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with current licensure (RN).
• Geriatric nursing background preferred.
• Working knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.
• Significant technical experience and a restorative care philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Perform MDS audits as assigned.
• Chart audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor facility staff compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Provide written audit reports in a timely manner.
• Support general resident care and QA initiatives.
