Archbold Living Thomasville, part of Archbold Medical Center, seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team at the Thomasville facility. You will work closely with the Administrator, assume duties in their absence, and ensure compliance with all long-term care regulations while maintaining high-quality resident care.

The role requires a RN license in Georgia, a nursing degree, and BLS certification, with duties including budgeting, policy implementation, staff development, and monthly

Qualifications

• Must have a nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current RN license by the Georgia Board of Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent and must be maintained.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Administrator and assume duties in absence.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal policies; conduct regular inspections.
• Counsel/disciplines staff; coordinate with Personnel Coordinator and Administrator.
• Oversee annual nursing budgets; schedule training and PI activities.
• Lead monthly nursing staff meetings and ensure resident rights and safety.
