Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Corporate Quality Assurance Nurse (RN) in Georgia to perform routine audits of service delivery settings, support program development, and oversee medical aspects of QA committees. Requirements include nursing graduation from an accredited school, with a BSN preferred, and at least three years in a long‑term care setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BS in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: Prefer at least three years in a long‑term healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Conducts periodic, medically related audits of all service delivery settings.
• Reports findings of the audit to professional staff at the service site.
• Supports development of education and training curricula and service delivery systems.
• Provides professional development opportunities through in‑house training and community resources.
• Provides oversight to the Quality Assurance/Improvement Committee.
• Monitors quality assurance committees assessing satisfaction with medical services.
• Reviews medical aspects of Quality Improvement Plans and supports plan implementation.
• Develops training materials to support action plans.
