Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Corporate Quality Assurance Nurse (RN) to lead routine audits of service delivery settings, support program development and staff training, and oversee medical aspects of the Quality Assurance/Improvement Committee in a Georgia nursing home setting with regional responsibilities in Tennessee.

Ideal candidates are graduates of accredited nursing programs, with RN licensure and BS in Nursing preferred, and at least three years of long‑term care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BS in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum three years experience in a long‑term healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Conducts periodic, medically related audits of all service delivery settings.
• Reports findings of the written audit report to professional staff at the service delivery site.
• Supports the development of education and training curricula and service delivery systems to enhance staff performance.
• Provides employees with professional development opportunities through in‑house training and community resources.
• Provides oversight to the Quality Assurance/Improvement Committee.
• Monitors quality assurance committees assessing satisfaction of medical services from recipients, families, guardians, and staff.
