Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Exeter Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to lead the Emergency Department team. You will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality patient care in a busy seacoast setting.

The role requires 3–5 years of direct nursing experience, NH RN license, BSN, and ANCC certification within 18 months of hire; you will drive practice standards, manage resources, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• 3–5 years directly related nursing experience.
• RN license valid in NH or a Compact State.
• BSN required.
• ANCC recognized professional certification within 18 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Performs all duties of a Staff RN as necessary.
• Able to provide anticipatory planning related to patient needs, staffing and unit needs.
• Mentors and role models for nursing staff; recommends programming to build clinical skills.
• Reviews data on patient outcomes and liaises with the Nursing Quality Council.
• Designs and evaluates care plans using research-based information.
• Communicates organizational information to staff regularly and effectively.
• Manages human resources, including evaluating and addressing clinical issues and hiring decisions.
• Supervises daily unit operations to ensure quality care, policy compliance, and budget input.
