Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Nurse Professional Development Specialist (RN/Educator) with an advanced degree to advance learning, leadership and practice across clinical settings. You will design, implement, and evaluate education programs, promote evidence-based care, and mentor staff to support patient safety and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes change management, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development in a Magnet-recognized health

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field; if related field, must hold a BSN.
• Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 3+ years of current nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite).
• Magnet Recognition Program knowledge.
• Must acquire and maintain competencies, certifications and continuing education for facility accreditation or licensing (e.g., ACLS, NRP, PALS).
