Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the Wound Clinic to provide direct patient care in a busy clinic setting. You will assess, diagnose, order tests, prescribe medications, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
